Cuisine

Fine food is the highlight of a great break and in 'your home' you can help set the menu and mealtimes - or this can be left up to us. Our fantastic chefs will prepare dishes for all tastes and cater for most special dietary requirements (Regret no Kosher meals). Dining can be formal or informal, indoors or outdoor, themed or traditional, beachside or poolside, or even under the stars! Ask us for some ideas or give us yours.

Due to its wonderful location, Pambele is able to offer a wide range of the freshest sea produce, caught that day and crafted by our local chef for your enjoyment.

A typical day

Breakfast:

A selection of fresh fruit and cereals is offered near the bar for you to help yourself from 8am. Hot dishes either local or traditional are also offered by your server and freshly prepared by the kitchen staff to your order. Toast, preserves, tea and coffee finish off a great start to the day.

Lunch:

Every day the staff will prepare a buffet style lunch for your enjoyment on the decks of Pambele. This will usually include one hot dish such as fried calamari, hot wraps or freshly prepared cheese tarts (to name a few!). These will usually be accompanied by a selection of salad and freshly baked bread. If you are out for the day the staff at Pambele can prepare you a gorgeous picnic to take with you to enjoy wherever you are, maybe on one of the quiet beaches on a nearby island.

Sundowners:

Sundowners and drinks are also offered either on the property or out and about on the sanctuary or on deserted islands to make the most of the setting sun.

Dinner:

Freshly prepared each day, dinner normally consists of 3 courses. Served around 7.30pm (although flexible depending on what you have done during the day) dinner starts with canapés served either at the bar, on the decks at Pambele, or occasionally at a specially selected spot on the property.

Any dietary requirements can be accommodated, all meals are freshly prepared each day, please let your hosts know at time of booking.
